Sales Admin Executive (Property Developer)
Prepare and process booking forms, Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), and related documentation.
Ensure all sales documents are properly checked, signed, and filed.
Coordinate with solicitors, end-financiers, and purchasers on SPA and loan matters.
Update and maintain the sales tracking system and purchaser database.
Assist purchasers in understanding payment schedules, progressive billings, and related correspondence.
Handle purchaser enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with the Finance Department on billing, collection, and issuance of receipts.
Coordinate with the Project to ensure smooth handover and compliance processes.
Follow up with bankers and solicitors to ensure prompt loan disbursement and SPA stamping.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, collection reports, and status updates for management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions and purchaser information.
Support the Sales & Marketing team in launching events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
Assist in monitoring marketing materials, price lists, and unit availability.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in a property development environment.
Good knowledge of SPA processes, loan documentation, and property sales workflow.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property sales systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, responsible, and well-organized.
