We are now looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager with strong informal leadership and communication skills to help drive this growth journey. As a Regional Sales Manager you will join the SEMA team and be responsible for working together with your colleagues at SEMA and the independent distributors and dealers in The Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia to grow the sales of Scania trucks and buses. You will hence have a very important contribution to realizing the growth potential in the market. A key to success in the role will be your ability to communicate and build relations and trust across cultures in order to gain full leverage of your knowledge and experience. The geographical base of the position is flexible and decided on a case-by-case basis, but preferably in or near Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities

Develop, implement and follow up the Business Unit’s sales strategy in the assigned markets Manage and develop the sales of trucks and buses from the Business Unit towards the independent dealers Coach and develop the independent dealers within the area of sales Provide general business support to the independent dealers within the area of sales Your profile

Strong knowledge of and experience from Scania’s commercial operations Deep knowledge of Scania’s product and solutions portfolio End-customer focused with a commercial mindset Previous experience of working in or with an emerging market is highly meriting Cultural openness and humility and a calm and patient attitude
