We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Recond Car Outlet in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring the smooth running of our reconditioned car sales business. This is a full-time position based in our Alor Setar location. What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Recond Car Outlet (Admin and Operation) Supervise and support team member to ensure smooth workflow Hnadle customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer services standards Monitor stock flow : car arrivals, documentations and delivery process Report task to be completed daily to Branch Manager What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the automotive or retail industry Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and performance tracking Familiarity with the local Kedah market and reconditioned car industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive or equivalent About us
