Overview
Assist in recruitment processes, including interviews, intake, and worker briefing.
Prepare and maintain workers’ personnel files and update the Master List regularly.
Liaise with HR Executives and recruitment agents for smooth coordination.
Draft and issue HR-related documents such as warning letters and termination letters.
Monitor and check workers’ attendance records.
Support general HR administrative tasks as required.
