Overview
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and databases.
Support recruitment activities (posting job ads, arranging interviews, preparing documents).
Handle attendance, leave applications, and overtime records.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation.
Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle general office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Assist in organizing training, company events, and HR initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.
Provide support to HR Manager / Supervisor in daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Malaysian labor laws (added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
