Develop and implement medical strategies to support the launch and lifecycle management of products in the rare disease portfolio. Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all medical affairs activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medical strategies with business objectives. Review and approve promotional and educational materials for scientific accuracy and compliance. Support clinical development initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies and post-marketing research. Lead a team of MSLs Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the rare disease field. A successful Medical Affairs Manager - Rare Disease
should have : A medical degree or PhD in life science background is preferred Proven expertise in the rare disease / oncology field or a related therapeutic area is highly preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the life science industry. Experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or similar roles. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data to guide decision-making.
