Senior Executive Administration

to join our growing team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in our KL Eco City office in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting IHH Healthcare Administration department at the Group level. Responsibilities

Oversee general office administrative functions to ensure a well-maintained, efficient and conducive working environment. Supervise and manage the duties of tea lady and cleaner, ensuring cleanliness, upkeep and proper maintenance of office facilities. Manage travel arrangements including flight bookings and hotel reservations in compliance with the company’s travel policy. Organise logistics for internal meetings, training sessions and office-based events. Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry stock and equipment inventory to ensure availability. Prepare purchase orders and process invoices for payment. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and upgrade with building management and external vendors. Maintain and ensure shared folders are up-to-date, accurate and accessible at all times. Contribute to the review, implementation and enhancement of administrative processes to improve operational efficiency. Provide secretarial support to Senior Management like schedule and coordinate meetings, managing their travel arrangements including flight booking, hotel reservation and visa application, prepare and submit their claims for reimbursement. Perform any other task as directed from time to time by the Management. Requirements

High school diploma, degree or equivalent education background. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and / or secretarial roles. Experience in supporting senior leadership with travel arrangements, scheduling and documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Resourceful and solution-oriented with the ability to handle challenges. Adaptability to changing priorities and cross-functional collaboration. What we offer
