Join to apply for the Payroll Team Lead (HK payroll services) role at Links International

Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are now looking for a high-calibre Payroll Team Lead to help drive Links International to becoming the HR Outsourcing partner of choice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the professional payroll outsourcing service delivery for HK clients
  • Manage a small and diverse HK Payroll Team to meet SLA (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) and to ensure the tasks completed on time and error free
  • Review HK Payroll Team\'s works including MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IF56B,E,F,G, etc.
  • Drive operational excellence within HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirements
  • Be an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clients
  • Raises relevant quality issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible
  • Run governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on monthly basis
  • Work closely with the global project team in new client onboarding projects
  • Any other ad hoc duties and project assigned from management

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Above 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processing for clients
  • Familiar with MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IF56B,E,F,G, is a MUST
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HK payroll and client servicing
  • Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
