Support the Division with administrative and operational duties, utilizing various software and internal systems to assist management and departments.
Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing administrative and operational support to the manager and department.
- Using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Exploring and leveraging internal systems including ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, and Digital on Demand.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and external contacts.
- Photocopying and printing documents, sometimes on behalf of colleagues.
- Assisting the Line Manager with ad hoc projects and implementation.
- Preparing marketing materials and uploading them on Pfizer systems.
- Collaborating with various teams such as Hospital Category, IM, I&I and RD Category, Health Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, Corporate Affairs, and People Experience (HR).
About you
