IT Account Manager (Enterprise)

Penerangan pekerjaan5+ years background in IT business in UEM, IT Service Management, Security & Infrastructure or similar and completed commercial training with a good understanding of our services. 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing role or similar. Have existing networks within the Enterprise & Commercial ecosystem is highly regarded. Consultancy background is a plus. Medical Insurance (Out-patient and In-patient) Recreation / Soft-skill Training / Team-Building
Overview
- Development of existing customer portfolio and recruitment of new accounts.
- Monitor customer preferences through strategic conversations and serve as the interface between the business and IT, building solid relationships with customers.
- Manage and develop the customer contact base, drive the sales of our service and vendor offerings, increase contacts and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets.
- Create and execute the customer retention strategy.
- Up-sell, cross-sell and generate additional sales for INNOVADS’s services and offerings.
- Close cooperation with the Pre-sales team and Technical team, building an account plan with existing resources.
