Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Sales Management, Technical Sales, Communication Skills, Lead Generation, Utilities / Power Industry Knowledge, Sales Calculation skills (able to handle simple math for pricing and commission reports). Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; able to provide regular updates to supervisors. Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment. Must be punctual and disciplined. Must possess own transport. Willing to work full-time in Johor Bahru. This range is provided by SWEE SENG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
- Prepare and create customized proposals and quotations for customers.
- Communicate with customers to resolve post-sales issues and maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct site visits across Johor for sales or after-sales purposes.
- Manage and maintain personal commission reports.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
- Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after project completion.
- Assist in preparing presentations or product explanations during customer meetings.
