Overview
Assistant Manager Wallet & Card program. This role supports the development, enhancement, and operational success of the company’s digital wallet and card products. It coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, monitors performance and compliance, and drives continuous improvements across the customer journey. The ideal candidate stays informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements, manages vendor relationships, assists in project delivery, and provides essential support to internal teams. This position is critical to ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness of our cards and wallet offerings to meet current and future business needs.
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and best practices related to remittance and cards.
- Develop an understanding of the wallet products to meet the company’s current and future needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities, customer wallet journey and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product owners and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate project planning, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go live activities for new launches or improvements.
- Maintain documentation on workflows, requirements and features releases.
- Collaborate and provide second-level support and training to customer service, compliance and sales team.
- Assist in the end-to-end management of wallet and card lifecycle : onboarding, top-up / reload, usage, and transaction tracking.
- Manage and track wallet and cards daily performance metrics including user growth, transaction volume and etc.
- Prepare monthly regulatory report and internal management report for performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales for card and merchant discount campaigns.
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships, manage dashboards and track open issues, bugs reporting and operational issues.
Position Requirements
Candidate with 4 – 6 years of experience in fintech, banking, remittance or related fieldsIdeal for candidate with understanding in payments, card services and digital banking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with cross-functional regional team and stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (good to have knowledge : Power BI, JIRA, Confluence)Seniority level
