Job Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in sales activities to achieve established sales targets, including roadshows, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads diligently to generate potential sales.
- Develop strong product knowledge and deliver professional advice to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Promote, sell, and secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Assist buyers with the full sales process, including SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) signing and loan applications.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to provide updates on projects, new launches, and other relevant information.
- Manage and update customer databases accurately in the system and generate sales-related reports as required.
- Provide support for the Company's marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any disciplineFresh graduate or preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development.Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).Proficient in MS Office applications.High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
