Overview
Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business direction. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with statutory requirements. Monitor and manage employee performance review cycles and appraisals. Support and guide department heads in disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Manage payroll processing, claims, leave administration, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Review and enhance company HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with the latest labor laws and industry practices. Organize training & development programs to build staff capabilities and promote career growth. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
