This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, presenting technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting the sales team in securing clients. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues post‑sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• IT Pre‑Sales skills
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the document imaging or software development industry is a plus
