Looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Sourcer who can do more than just build pipelines—you’ll design them with precision. As a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders, you’ll translate complex technical needs into tailored sourcing strategies. This role is highly visible and central to building the engineering, data, and product teams that drive our growth across ASEAN.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to scope requirements and craft sourcing strategies that match business priorities.
- Lead sourcing for challenging technical roles—think Machine Learning (LLMs), Frontend / Backend Engineers, QA / SET, UX / UI, and more.
- Map talent markets across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia while tapping into emerging pools in the Philippines, India, and Cambodia.
- Design outreach campaigns that stand out—personalized, data-driven, and diversity-focused.
- Use a wide mix of sourcing channels : LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Beamery, referrals, job boards, and talent communities.
- Present strong, data-backed shortlists to stakeholders, and manage feedback loops confidently.
- Track market insights (compensation, availability, competition) to guide hiring strategies.
Requirements :
6+ years in tech recruitment, blending agency speed with in-house stakeholder management.Proven record sourcing senior or niche tech talent (Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data / Analytics Leads).Strong knowledge of engineering roles within the “Tech Engineering” umbrella.Skilled at building multi-channel sourcing strategies—not LinkedIn dependent.Excellent communicator with experience influencing across teams and levels.Data-savvy and comfortable using metrics to optimize sourcing outcomes.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.Nice to Have :
Experience building sourcing playbooks or operations from scratch.International sourcing exposure.Familiarity with ATS / CRM systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Beamery.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
