Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales team regularly updates the CRM system with accurate lead and deal data.
  • Assist in updating CRM based on direct follow-ups with sales reps.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and completeness.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings with the CMO and Sales Heads.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Reporting & Executive Summaries : Prepare concise executive summaries and action trackers for CMO; highlight key deals, bottlenecks, and lead progress; remind sales team to follow up on important leads; analyse CRM data to identify deals that require more attention.
  • Strategic Sales Support : Monitor progress on high-value deals and ensure follow-through; support ad hoc sales campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Reporting & Executive Summaries

  • Prepare concise executive summaries and action trackers for CMO.
  • Highlight key deals, bottlenecks, and lead progress.
  • Remind sales team to follow up on important leads.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify deals that require more attention.

    • Strategic Sales Support

  • Monitor progress on high-value deals and ensure follow-through.
  • Support ad hoc sales campaigns and commercial initiatives.

    • Preferred Experience

  • 2–5 years in sales operations, CRM support, or commercial coordination roles.
  • Experience working closely with sales or commercial leadership teams.

    • Specific Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from CRM data.
  • Discreet with confidential and strategic information.
