Assistant Manager, Asset Management

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent. 5 years or more of real estate industry experience, preferably at a real estate developer, investment manager, REIT or private fund. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Meticulous, resourceful and has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good organisational skills and knowledge to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with onshore property management team to optimize asset performance by developing and executing strategic plans for leasing, capital improvements, and operational efficiencies to maximize property value and investor returns.
- Monitor and report financial performance of real estate portfolio by analysing income statements, budgets, and market trends for stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition and development of real estate projects.
- Perform detailed financial models, including developing sensitivity analysis for projects, investment / divestment proposals and presentation decks.
- Conduct market research and due diligence for acquisitions and development projects.
- Coordinate with external advisors on legal, tax, technical and financial due diligence matters.
