What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer insights
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
