Job Description :
As a Technician at Elock, your primary responsibilities will include supporting our customers via phone, email, or physical support for products sent back for repair. Additionally, you will be involved in installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced locking systems. Occasionally, you might be required to perform maintenance on our buildings or machining equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person for troubleshooting and repairing returned products.
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Elock systems and components.
Conduct wiring and rewiring tasks according to safety standards and technical specifications.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Perform maintenance tasks on company buildings and machining equipment as required.
Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications :
Diploma or certificate from Politeknik or equivalent technical institution.
Proven experience in wiring, installation, and customer support.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
