An Opportunity as a Senior Payroll Specialist Awaits
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our outsourced workforce and payroll outsourcing clients. You will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, full statutory compliance, and provide advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Role as a Senior Payroll Specialist
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for both internal staff and outsourced clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Review and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, and employee movements (new hires, exits, transfers).
- Stay updated on statutory changes, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and check payroll reports, statutory submissions, bank files, and payslips.
- Advise clients on payroll regulations, statutory obligations, and best practices.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and liaise with Finance for monthly and yearly closing.
- Manage client communications effectively, building strong relationships and delivering service excellence.
- Proactively identify ways to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Support payroll system implementations or upgrades through testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide and mentor junior team members when needed.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally within outsourcing or professional services.In-depth knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and payroll best practices.Skilled in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills and client management capabilities.Able to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.High integrity with a commitment to discretion and confidentiality.Why Join Us?
