What You’ll Do
Provide world-class support to customers and partners via phone, email, and live chat.Handle inquiries for a wide range of products – Hotels, Flights, Activities, and more.Take ownership of customer concerns including operational, pricing, and booking issues.Support customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China with professionalism and empathy.Meet individual KPIs and team goals while ensuring service excellence.Identify opportunities for process improvements and share with leaders.Maintain confidentiality of customer information.What We’re Looking For
Strong command of English & Mandarin (Cantonese is a big plus).Positive, detail-oriented, responsible, and ethical personality.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Why Join?
