In your new role you will

• 1st and 2nd level support operations support for Engineering Based Systems used globally within Infineon. In specific test & engineering data collection and analysis system used globally within Infineon
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support (including 24x7 rotational on call), solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring and operation to meet customer SLA / targets
• Implement service request and changes to fulfil user and customer needs
