HR Workday Administrator

Overview

The HR Admin role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR data and systems, while supporting HR operations through data analysis, system troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage employee data across Workday system for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global data standards.
• Conduct regular audits, validations, and data cleansing activities to uphold the integrity and reliability of HR data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Compliance, to implement and maintain data governance policies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in coordination with Workday Business Process and IT Support Teams.
• Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other downstream system, ensuring minimal disruption and data accuracy throughout the process.
• Provide consultation and ongoing support to Workday users to promote adherence to data entry standards and effective system utilization.
• Analyzing Workday system (HRIS), monitoring performance and resolving issue.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information.
• Ensure requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
