MIS Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated MIS Specialist to join our team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with POS systems and a strong background in Food & Beverage operations. This role is crucial in supporting our outlets' IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth POS performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems across outlets.
• Provide technical support to outlet staff for POS-related issues.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for POS upgrades, software patches, and maintenance.
• Assist in system integration for new outlets or menu updates.
• Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure system alignment with business needs.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
