Role
Sales Specialist – Proton e.MAS Setia Alam
You will be the face of Proton e.MAS — engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right EV solution. You will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of accelerating EV adoption in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with walk-in customers, online leads, and event visitors to promote Proton e.MAS EVs
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain features / benefits of EV ownership
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey
- Participate in roadshows, community events, and digital campaigns to create brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
Passionate about sales and customer service (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about EV technologyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPossess a valid driving license (able to handle test drives with customers)What We Offer
