Role Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
This is a work from home position.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and recommendations in selecting the right products or services based on client needs, as well as troubleshooting assistance
- Coordinate daily operational activities with team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquetteStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelCompetent in English, Mandarin and Malay. Both oral and written. Fluency in Cantonese is advantageous but not compulsory.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workAn interview will be held for successful applicants.
