Flight Operations & Customer Service Specialist

Our Air Travel Retailing and Information Platform (ATRIP) processes vital data faster than ever before, to drive more revenue with greater flexibility and certainty. Low-cost airlines and travel sellers can now facilitate more personalized, informed choices for travellers, more economically. Our API can be implemented with ease, customized to your specific requirements, and optimized to your capabilities within hours.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle manual fulfillment tasks during the ticketing and service process for low-cost carriers (LCCs).
  • Support global customers by resolving order-related issues that require human intervention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fulfillment workflows and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and issues to support continuous improvements in automation and AI capabilities.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in airline ticket fulfillment or related travel industry roles is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI applications in service workflows.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) to support international customers.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, travel management, or related field.
