Job Description

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the company. They answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information, and fulfill customer needs to ensure excellent service and high satisfaction.

The candidate should possess good listening skills, the ability to respond quickly, and make recommendations or solutions to customer problems. Fluency in English and a clear, pleasant speaking voice are also desired. The primary responsibilities include :

  • Handling daily customer order fulfillment with a focus on timely and accurate delivery.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Following up to ensure customer requests are addressed appropriately.
  • Providing regular feedback to management regarding customer comments and feedback on products and services.
  • Promoting relevant products to increase business revenue through basic salesmanship.
  • Assisting in new product testing, implementation, and launches.
  • Applying company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Achieving assigned KPIs.
  • Contributing to team efforts to accomplish related results.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in Economics, IT, Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Resilient and capable of thriving in a complex environment.
