To provide 1st level and 2nd level system software support to customers.Follow up on progress of the case until closure within resolution time frame.Escalate the unresolved case(s) to respective unit if required.Respond to a large volume of interactions efficiently while also providing high degree of customer satisfaction.Record and classify all incoming queries from customers.Liaise with headquarter, stakeholders, vendors and any associate parties for customer cases.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
