Bachelor's degree and above Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus Desired Skills : SaaS, Human Capital Management, Effective Communication, Solution / Consultative Selling, Team Player, Enterprise Software, Customer Engagement, Talent / HRIS / CRM Management Systems Knowledge Highly developed presentation and product demonstration skills Strong relationship-building expertise Proven experience of translating product functionality into client value Able to understand the business context, challenges, and opportunities of your clients and their industry by doing quick research. Able to align talent management processes and systems with the business strategy, vision, and culture. Able to identify the key performance indicators, metrics, and outcomes that measure the impact and effectiveness of talent management initiatives. Able to communicate and present your recommendations and solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling way. Able to collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from various sources and methods. Able to identify the root causes, gaps, and needs of the talent management processes and systems. Able to generate and evaluate alternative solutions and options based on evidence, best practices, and innovation. Able to apply critical thinking and creativity to solve complex and ambiguous problems. Able to establish trust, rapport, and credibility with your clients and stakeholders. Able to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and provide constructive feedback. Able to collaborate and cooperate with others in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment. Able to manage expectations, conflicts, and risks. Able to deliver results and follow-up on actions and outcomes. Have solid knowledge and understanding of the talent management processes and systems, such as talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention. Familiar with the tools, methods, and frameworks that support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management processes and systems, such as competency models, assessments, surveys, learning platforms, analytics, and dashboards. Able to leverage technology and digital solutions to enhance and optimize the talent management processes and systems. Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of the HR profession and the industry. Respect the confidentiality, privacy, and diversity of your clients and stakeholders. Act with integrity, honesty, and accountability. Demonstrate competence, quality, and excellence in your work. Commit to continuous learning and development of your skills and competencies.

Responsibilities :
Independently conduct pre-sales related activities, include but not limited to
- client / prospect business interview
- requirement discovery and analysis
- Solution design and presentation (covered Learning management, performance management, talent management)
- Solution / System demo, able to echo client pain point and / or business scenario during the demo flow
- Client case study presentation
- Build system demo data
- Provide support on biding documents, e.g., define and write SOW (scope of work), provide solution related documents
