Key pointers :

  • Good communication and customer handling.

Good understanding of HW infra in server, storage, network and OS / Virtualization such as Windows, Linux and VMWare.

Need 5 Years methodology to cover full cycle project and stakeholder engagement and change management risk management.

  • Handle full software solution
  • Need to handle multiple project

    • Manages customer project delivery.

  • Revenue as detailed in Impact section.
  • Small to medium / straightforward / local scope.
  • Low to High risk.
  • Straightforward legal and commercial issues.

    • Manages project financials including P&L.

  • Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets.
  • Provides reliable financial forecasts to HP management.

    • Manages business development.

  • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.
  • Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for Small / Medium straightforward opportunities.
  • Acts as opportunity manager for low / Medium risk deals.

    • Manages stakeholder / client relationships.

  • Manages first level to mid-level client delivery relationships.
  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers / clients.

    • Manages project team.

  • Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 10 people.
  • Encourages skill development of project team members.
  • Provides performance feedback for team members.

    • Requirements

  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge of operational policies, processes, and methodologies related to project management.
  • Understands core project management principles and practices.
  • Actively participates in the project management professional community.
  • Currently on a development plan aimed at advancing project management skills
