We rely on insights from user behavior and data analysis to foster a positive experience for everyone involved with Grab, from drivers and delivery partners to merchant-partners and consumers. As a team member, you'll collaborate across teams and contribute to the strategic enhancement of the platform's quality and experience.
You will report to the Manager, Platform Quality & Experience, and work onsite.
