Penerangan pekerjaanPlan project execution strategy, activities and resources : coordinate with other departments to ensure resources are available; ensure project deliverables on time; follow the Project Execution Plan and managerial directions. Supervise, monitor and motivate project team : lead by example, communicate effectively, develop plans to motivate and stimulate the team to reach full potential; monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery. Enforce and promote HSEQ during project execution : comply with the HSEQ Code of Conduct; ensure resources, development, communication, and implementation of the HSEQ system and performance to corporate requirements. Enforce and promote ethics and compliance : ensure compliance with the business code of conduct. Establish project risk management process : establish risk register and metrics, conduct regular risk identification and assessment workshops, document and ratify risk assumptions. Report to the Manager : establish execution plans for activities and adjust according to progress and challenges; report any risks and impacts to the project. Degree in any related Engineering field. Extensive experience in Offshore Oil & Gas projects, especially in execution. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and interact positively with external stakeholders and with other departments such as Procurement, Engineering, Quality Control, etc. Ability to manage detailed technical schedules and job execution progress to deliver a quality product on time and at cost, while maintaining MODEC’s supplier base and aiming for repeat business. Role : Warranty Manager
Location : We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.
Role Purpose
Lead project team and execute EPCI warranty process and commissioning carry over work after handover between EPCI and Client / Operations. Ensure compliance of budget and schedule devised during planning phase for the project execution. Direct coordination with PMT team before assigned project handover. Explore possibility to maximize MODEC profits and business performance and report to upper Manager for evaluation. Participate in develop risk management plan. Ensure compliance of project contract (Sales Purchase Agreement). Plan strategy and maximum utilization of manpower resources to execute project. Follow up on RCA report and report any critical / priority items to upper Manager. Ensure proper support of the team to insurance claims. Participate in “WCN committee analysis".
