Administrative role focused on daily administration, payroll-related matters, and coordination with HR. The position supports management for efficient workflows and adherence to group policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administration work and resources, including related claims and payroll staff.
- Deal with related issues with Payroll Staff and Non-Payroll Staff.
- Liaise with Human Resources Department in dealing with matters related to manpower.
- Meet predefined additional duties assigned to the department and support the team’s capabilities.
- Assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting tasks assigned to the team and provide Management Support for a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the enforcement of group policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all levels.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategic policies and procedures to achieve cost effectiveness and enhance professional efficiency.
- Assist in reviewing management analysis, statistics, business studies, and highlight irregularities from analysis reports; compile studies of existing operation workflows and propose improvements for automation and computerization.
- Assist in reviewing, simplifying, streamlining and standardizing existing operational processes.
- Compile the Annual Company Budget, Departmental Budget, Staff Goal Setting, Departmental Tactical Plans, and Professional Forms under direction from superiors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company matters privately.
- Assist in other assignments or projects, especially VIP Funeral Cases, as assigned by superiors.
