About the job

We are urgently hiring for the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE. This individual should understand who we are at CAPGROW, what our mission is, and want to help us achieve greater mindshare in the region as well as expand our business presence elsewhere.

The company is headquartered in Singapore, with clients based across the South East Asia region. We are searching for enthusiastic candidates who can work remotely and commence on 20 Oct 2025.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Negotiate / close deals and handle objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
