About the role

The Senior Finance Executive will manage financial data input, support the preparation of financial statements, analyze accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables and Fixed Asset Reporting : maintain vendor master, prepare bi‑monthly payment proposals including hedging reports, post staff claims, submit SST‑02 returns, issue debit / credit notes, maintain fixed assets ledger, attend auditor queries, and perform ad‑hoc tasks.
• Accounts Receivables : monitor receipts and collections, post customer receipts, resolve invoice payment issues, assist credit reviews, handle sales team queries, prepare weekly and month‑end AR reports, reconcile bank accounts, attend auditor queries, and perform ad‑hoc tasks.
• Treasury : cash‑flow forecasting.
• Direct Tax : prepare tax working files, forecast and estimate tax payable (three times a year), and compute provisional tax at year‑end closing.
• Indirect Tax : manage withholding tax submissions, SST / SToDS reviews and refund requests.
• e‑Invoicing : submit e‑invoice validations to IRB My Invois portal.
