Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, anticipating their needs, ensuring deadlines are met, and negotiating favourable terms. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including bidding for tenders and RFPs. Analyse client requirements, prepare competitive quotes, and drive business growth. Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards. Oversee end-to-end shipment processes and resolve operational challenges. Evaluate project schedules, monitor quality standards, and assess the performance of suppliers. Estimate and project financial developments to support business decision-making. Maintain and update EP&P documentation in SharePoint and prepare detailed monthly project reports for management. Undertake additional tasks as required to support and promote BWS / EP&P business activities. Your Background

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions under pressure. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to details. Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and active listening to build strong client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working on-site at client premises.
