Certification Coordinator (6-Month Contract – Urgent Hiring)

About the Role
Malaysia HR Forum is urgently hiring a Certification Coordinator to support and expand its portfolio of professional certification programmes. This role combines programme coordination with sales and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate understands how certification programmes add professional value and can confidently communicate that value to HR professionals, corporate clients, and learning partners.
The role involves managing end-to-end certification operations while actively driving enrolments and corporate partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the Certification Manager & marketing teams to ensure that every certification programme is competitive, relevant, and revenue-generating.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage certification processes, enrolments, assessments, and renewals.
- Track completion rates, participant feedback, and programme performance metrics.
- Prepare management reports on programme outcomes and ROI.
- Promote certification programmes to HR professionals, corporate clients, and training partners.
- Develop strategies to increase enrolments and drive corporate group participation.
- Conduct client briefings or virtual sessions to explain certification value propositions.
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and learners to encourage repeat business.
- Liaise with trainers, assessors, accreditation bodies, and academic / industry experts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth programme execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related disciplineMinimum 3–5 years of experience in certification management, training sales, or learning & development.Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to meet enrolment or sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of HR competency frameworks, accreditation, and adult learning methodologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data tracking tools.Highly organised, proactive, and results‑oriented.Able to start immediately or on short notice .Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
