Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines operations to ensure that it complies with the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) of the company.
• Manage resource allocation including work station assignments, employee breaks and shift rotations to achieve assigned objectives.
• Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Coordinate and manage resources to meet quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Monitor performance to match with shift and daily build plan and say do.
• Recommend improvements (kaizen) in quality processes and production procedures and equipment.
• Prepare daily production reports include of output quality and quantity.
