Business Development Executive
Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with G2G partners and sellers. Conduct regular check-ins, engage in business reviews, and provide actionable feedback. Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Quality Control
- Audit seller accounts, banners, and listings to ensure compliance with G2G policies
- Raise quality alerts and work with sellers or internal teams to implement corrective actions
- Document quality issues and track remediation actions to ensure follow-through
Data Analysis
Clean, organize, and maintain seller and product datasetsBuild and manage analytical models, dashboards, and performance reportsApply excel / Sheets formulas to evaluate seller performance, conversions, and revenue trendsIdentify outliers or patterns and recommend improvementsMarket Analysis
Monitor industry marketplace trends—price points, discounts, and promotionsPresent actionable insights to shape product strategy and promotional campaignsProactively identify product or service issues (e.g., failed delivery, chargebacks)Coordinate with CS, tech, and seller to resolve such issues swiftlyEnsure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved satisfactorilyProduct Expansion
