12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a professional services or high-growth environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.Proven expertise in talent management, organisation design, workforce planning, and change leadership.Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategy with commercial priorities.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a scaling organisation.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across levels.What's on Offer
