Commis QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

JOB TASK :

To assist supports the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Line Chefs as well as other kitchen employees in food production.

Assists kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegates.

Assists the Line Chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetables, meats and pastries.

Assists the Head Chef in ensuring that food is prepared and served to the clients on time.

Assists the Executive Chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.

Assists other junior kitchen staff in ensuring that the restaurant is kept clean at all times.

Patient Care Assistant QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Ability to read, write and communicate in Malay and English

Preferably 1-year relevant working experience in hospital or healthcare environment.

JOB TASK :

The Patient Care Assistant is a member of the clinical nursing team who is responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients in his / her designated unit / department.

The Patient Care Assistant will also be responsible for reporting the outcomes of patients’ monitoring and intervention rendered to Registered Nurses.

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

Ability to read, write and communicate in Malay and English

JOB TASK :

Supervise the handling of the overall Admissions administrative duties in a prompt and efficient manner and follow the hospital or required procedures / policy / quality accreditation purpose.

Ensure the recordkeeping of outpatients or walk-in patients are being updated in an accurate and prompt manner to enable PCMC live up to its image of an efficient and friendly service-oriented hospital.

Supervise the advice to patients on the relevant hospital charges and payment procedures to ensure collection is made and to protect the interest of hospital.

Check the daily closing at the end of each shift is in order and the Cashier Handover Summary report is submitted promptly and accurately reflect the actual daily collection.

Preparation of staff scheduling to ensure seamless coverage of outpatient services, operations and administration.

Review and provide the necessary developmental program to staff to enable them to acquire the skills needed to carry out their duties efficiently and professionally.

Pharmacy Assistant QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Diploma in Pharmacy

Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a hospital pharmacy.

Chemotherapeutic medication preparation and basic aseptic technique is an added advantage

JOB TASK : Assist the Pharmacist in the control, distribution, dispensing & supply of drugs, administrative duties to ensure the provision of comprehensive high-quality pharmaceutical services & smooth pharmacy operation.

Provision of Services

Ensure the requisition and delivery of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies to nursing and clinical departments are being carried out timely and efficiently for provision of smooth clinical services.

Perform administrative duties on drug and pharmaceutical items such as recordkeeping of dispensing records and prescriptions which will result in daily smooth departmental operations and compliance to legal requirements.

Prepare the medication packages and extemporaneous compounding under the supervision of Pharmacist to ensure correct and timely dispensing of drugs or pharmaceutical supplies to internal and external clients of PCMC.

Support the organization objectives by attending training sessions related to service quality initiatives to ensure compliance to best practices

Support and facilitate the development and planning of new facilities and services for the Department.

Staff Nurse QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Diploma and or Degree in Nursing.

Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.

Post Basic qualification relevant in specialty / discipline.

BLS and preferably ALS Certification.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs.

JOB TASK : Planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of individualized nursing care which are evidence-based practice; in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary to meet the needs of patients in accordance with Laws and Regulations; Policies and Standard Operating Procedure; International and Malaysian Patient Safety Goals; Accreditation and Nursing Standards; and Professional Code of Conduct.

Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with treatments as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
