Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with Brand / Marketing Manager in planning brand strategy to further enhance the brand’s portfolio.
- Proactive in analysing market trends to improve brand strategies.
- Implement brand strategies and activities aligned with business goals.
- Understand product brand positioning in the market and build strong brand to generate brand building results.
- Managing, planning and executing brand campaign, social media content and outlet event while liaising with relevant departments in the company.
- Tracking the development of products initiatives and ensure timely new product launch within objectives and timeline.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Annual Strategic Plan and Budget to satisfy the company’s immediate & long-term profit and growth goals.
- Attend to other ad-hoc requirements / tasks as required by superior.
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 years working experience in FMCG industry or advertising agency, preferably F&B.Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.Ability to think strategically, & agile in meeting changing requirements.Works efficiently and well with other stakeholders.Able to work out marketing decks or proposals.Job requires occasional travels for outlet visits.Min.
