Finance Executive (Reporting)

Overview

Finance Executive (Reporting) to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of new SAP system project
• Conducts country level reports in accordance with legal, regulatory and accounting / tax standards as well as accounting / controlling guidelines and requirements
• Analyses monthly financial statements; accruals and provisions; balance sheet planning; inter-company elimination, and segment reporting
• Coordinate the resolution of all audit and tax issues for the country
• Manage internal and external auditing activities together with line finance and auditing organization
• Oversee financial transaction processing and reconciliations within the country ensuring that robust controls are in operation and to confirm to relevant financial standards
• Monitor fixed asset movement and ensure proper and accurate fixed assets recorded with tagging and sighting done
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and record accounting journal entries for month end closing
• Ensure ad-hoc requests are met

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualification

Degree in Finance / Accounting
