As a Senior / Staff Nurse (Paediatrics), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to our young patients and their families. This is a full-time position based in our medical facility in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities

Performing and carried out paediatric nurse care services as per standard operating procedure and policies. Demonstrating operational knowledge of nursing procedure applicable to area of assignment. Assuming leadership role for unit personnel to prepare and assist them with their responsibilities in the unit. Assume responsibility in assisting the Nurse Manager to ensure smooth running of the unit. Assist Nurse Manager in monitoring and evaluating staff\'s competency performances. Establish protocols in handling emergency situations Anticipating potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment Coach and guide newly join staffs or student nurses to give individualized nursing care. Qualifications

A Diploma / Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification Fresh graduates are also invited to apply. Advance Diploma / Post Basic Pediatric. Three (3 years) and above of clinical / nursing experience in related fields. Current registration and valid practising certificate with the Malaysian Nursing Board Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, providing wound care, and interpreting patient monitoring data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing care Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team About Sunway Healthcare
