Mandarin Speaking Corporate Development Manager

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the next phase of our retail growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime retail locations—across malls, high streets, and commercial complexes—to support the expansion of our store network. Your mission : deliver store roll-outs by securing optimal spaces, favorable lease terms, and long-term value for the business.

This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with design, finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure our retail presence scales efficiently, strategically, and profitably.

1) Retail Network Expansion :

• Identify high-potential locations for new store openings aligned with brand positioning and customer demographics.
• Develop and manage an active leasing pipeline across cities, shopping malls, and street-front retail zones.
• Scout new market opportunities and growth corridors based on market trends, competitor mapping, and footfall analysis.
• Build relationships with landlords, mall operators, property consultants, and developers to gain access to priority sites.
