Mandarin Speaking Head of Sales

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies across skincare, cosmetics, and haircare categories
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including Key Account Managers and field sales staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian) to drive account performance
• Collaborate with brand principals to align on strategy, execution, and brand goals
• Stay on top of market trends and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies in fast changing product categories
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless commercial execution
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets and forecasts
• Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and retail activation strategies
• Analyze performance data and competitor insights to inform sales and product strategy
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and retail partners
