Senior Logistics Executive

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the logistics operations, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

To be involved in strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Overseeing the daily activities of team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members to help them improve and grow professionally.

Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

Liaise closely with Customs authorities for resolving all matters related to export processes, report submissions, etc.

Ensure documentation accuracy for import / export declaration and clearance while complying with all the customs and LMW license regulations.

Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal team, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.

Monitoring and controlling logistics costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all orders are completed and ready for shipment as per planned schedule.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process.

Generating reports on logistics performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsible to participate and handle LMW audit.

Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
