What You Will Do :
Participate in Business Requirement Study (BRS) sessions and compile Implementation Paper (IP) documentationRecord necessary customizations and create corresponding documents for assessment by the Delivery Committee and the 'Product' teamDevelop and execute a checklist for data conversion. Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and related activitiesCoordinate preparations for training sessions, including setting up the environment, materials, trainers, and logistics. Collect and analyze feedback from both trainers and trainees to enhance training effectivenessCreate and oversee checklists for parallel and live operations, addressing any identified issuesApply optimal processes for task assignments, project management, and output quality, while enhancing overall team performanceQualifications
Bachelor's in accounting or related to financialExperience in accounting system, ERP, Acumatica (added advantage)Professional Certificate : ACCA, ICAEW
